Score Request

In My Library, use the search bar to find your piece by typing the composer's name and the title. If the score you need is not available on the platform, you can submit a Score Request.

This allows the admin to either locate and add a public domain score or enable you to upload your own private score.

Score Request Process​

When clicking on this Request button, two options are presented to you:

Track the Status

After submitting a request, the item will appear greyed out in your list with the status Requested.

Request Status

Once the score is added, the status will update, and you will be notified.

Notifications and Access​

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the requested score is added. This email will include a link to the score or additional instructions on how to proceed.
  • For private uploads, ensure that your file format is correct and that the score matches your performance.

Key Points​

  • Public Domain Scores: When added, these become part of the platform’s library and are accessible to other users.
  • Private Scores: Uploaded scores remain confidential and are visible only to you and your selected reviewer.
